Microsoft Tests New Google-Base-like Service PDF Print

Microsoft Corp., in response to the launching of Google Inc.’s Google Base service, is testing its own online marketplace called Fremont.

The Fremont, which is free of charge, provides users to post listings in their database. The information allowed to be contributed includes a range of topics from business to personal listings.
